CIA sabotage of Iranian Aircraft setting the stage

Iran - sabotage??

International support as second aircraft crashes. Sabotage? By whom?

As yet another Iranian military aircraft crashes, this time killing the Commander of the Revoluitionary Guard's ground forces, the notion begins to appear, are there foreign operationals inside the country committing acts of sabotage? If so, who are they and these days, would anyone be surprised to find out who they are?

Meanwhile China's Deputy Foreign Minister for International Affairs Zhang Ye Sui declared in Beijing on Monday that China opposes a referral of Iran's nuclear question to the UNSC, favouring a resolution of the discussions within the IAEA and called for an increase in bilateral relations.

Abdelkader Messahel, Algeria's Minister-Delegate to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in charge of Maghreb and African Affairs, declared in Teheran today that Algeria intends to increase its bilateral relations with Iran.

Where in international law does it state that a country cannot pursue a peaceful nuclear policy as an alternative to fossil fuels?
