Jack Abramoff, Republican Archetype

I’m not convinced Republican sleazeball mega-lobbyist Jack Abramoff had anything to do with the "gangland-style" hit of businessman Gus Boulis or is there enough evidence that instead of "being a rogue lobbyist who went just a few tens of millions of dollars too far, Jack Abramoff is an operative for an organization which has sold Americans a bill of goods as justification in at least three recent wars," as claimed by Daniel Hopsicker. Jack Abramoff simply represents (until more convincing evidence arises) the slimy underbelly of the Republican Party and the now customary fecal politics--from Karl Rove to the former bug exterminator from Texas, Tom DeLay--practiced in Washington, thus revealing America is ruled by scum buckets, sleazoids, amoral operators, warmongers, war criminals, corrupt businessmen, and other bottom feeders--all epitomized by Jack Abramoff, "a central figure in a series of political scandals linked to the Republican party," according to SourceWatch. "He is currently under investigation by grand juries in Washington D.C. for his involvement in the Abramoff-Reed Indian Gambling Scandal, 'for his role in paying for overseas trips for DeLay, the second-ranking Republican in the U.S. House of Representatives,' by a grand jury in Guam over a separate matter, and most recently the work he did for client eLottery Inc.. He was indicted on August 11, 2005, by a third grand jury in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, for bank fraud arising out of an unrelated business deal." According to the Associated Press (see previous link), "By mid-2003, Abramoff had raised at least $100,000 for Bush's re-election campaign, becoming one of Bush's famed 'pioneers.'" In other words, at least one Bush "pioneer" is a possible bank fraudster. For some reason I am not surprised.
