SPECIAL REPORT. Trump chief adviser (Stephen Bannon) was aide to two CNOs during the largest pedophile crime in U.S. naval history By the Wayne Madsen Report

SPECIAL REPORT. Trump chief adviser was aide to two CNOs during the largest pedophile crime in U.S. naval history By the Wayne Madsen Report
President Trump's powerful political adviser Stephen Bannon served as an aide to two Chiefs of Naval Operations, Admirals Thomas Hayward and James Watkins, during one of the largest pedophile crimes that ever took place within naval ranks in the then-207 years of the history of the U.S. Navy. While serving as a Lieutenant (junior grade) aboard the Spruance class destroyer USS Paul F. Foster in the Pacific fleet, Bannon was selected to serve on the staff of the Chief of Naval Operations, a highly-coveted billet seen as a stepping stone for rapid promotion up the ranks. A February 1, 2017, article in Navy Times referred to Bannon's unusual assignment while still a Lieutenant JG: "Even in the much larger Navy of the 1980s, billets on the CNO’s staff were not easy to come by." So why was Bannon selected for such a position? His Navy awards were what anyone at his rank would have received after sea duty: a Sea Service Deployment Ribbon, a Navy “E” Ribbon, and a Navy Expeditionary Medal.

Bannon reported to the CNO's staff January 12, 1981, almost a week prior to Ronald Reagan's inauguration. The previous November, Bannon attended the victory party for Reagan at the Century Plaza hotel. Apparently, Bannon developed an intense dislike to President Jimmy Carter during his time aboard the Foster in the Persian Gulf, a time frame that included the botched 1980 operation to rescue U.S. hostages at the seized U.S. embassy in Tehran. Bannon's time aboard the Foster also included the Reagan campaign's act of treason in negotiating an "arms-for-no-hostages" agreement with Tehran that ensured the hostages would not be released until after Reagan's election. The hostages were released simultaneous to Reagan's swearing in on January 20, 1981.

After working for Admirals Hayward and Watkins, Bannon left the Navy with the rank of Lieutenant on October 30, 1983. He obtained a master's degree in international relations at Georgetown University while working for the CNO. Normally, a master's degree would have been a ticket for Bannon to be promoted to Lieutenant Commander, yet he left the Navy after only seven years. Bannon went to Harvard where he earned an masters of business administration (MBA). After acquiring his MBA, Bannon clinched a job with Goldman Sachs.

While Bannon was a staffer for the CNO in 1982, the FBI identified a key kingpin in child pornography production and distribution in Chicago. The porn distributor admitted, under questioning by FBI agents, that his network of pedophiles included a U.S. naval officer and other influential government employees. It was later discovered that the naval officer was the Commanding Officer of the U.S. Naval Facility in Coos Head, Oregon.

The Naval Investigative Service (NIS) was called in and the Operations Officer at the Oregon naval installation was requested by the FBI and NIS to participate as the lead temporary FBI special agent in a carefully-prepared sting of the base commander to obtain evidence and the identities of co-conspirators.
On September 14, 1982, UPI filed the following report from Coos Bay, Oregon:
"The commander of the Coos Head Naval Facility was relieved of duty and jailed on charges he promoted an obscene sexual performance by a child.
Lt. Cmdr. Larry William Frawley, 38, was arrested Saturday and accused of promoting an obscene sexual performance by a child and using a child in an obscene sexual performance. Both are felony charges.
Police Sgt. Jack Bushmaker said Frawley was lodged in the Coos County Corrections Facility on $10,000 bail.
Frawley's alleged role will not be made known until the investigation is completed, Lt. Cmdr. John Marchi, public affairs officer for the naval base in Seattle, said. He said details will not be at present since the investigation is pending, he said.
Lt. Cmdr. Marney Finch, executive officer at the Coos Head station, is now the interim commanding officer, Marchi said.
Frawley had been at the station since 1980.
Officials declined to say how many children were involved in the case or whether additional arrests were expected."
During the FBI/NIS sting operation, Frawley admitted that his network of pedophiles included senior naval officers, clerics, lawyers, politicians, and judges. Later, the two NIS agents revealed that the Coos Bay scandal "went to the very top" of the Reagan administration. A number of forced retirements of senior naval personnel, including one rear admiral, were announced after Frawley's arrest. There was also a significant foreign intelligence aspect to the case that involved the Soviet Union.

Hayward was the CNO at the time the Chicago kingpin identified the Coos Head base commander as part of his ring, with Bannon serving as his aide. Watkins succeeded Hayward on June 30, 1982. It was during Watkins's watch and with Bannon remaining as his aide that the Navy pedophile scandal broke open with a number of arrests and forced retirements following. Attempts to have further details about the Navy ring publicized by Navy Times and the Eugene (OR) Register-Guard were met with threats against the newspapers editors and publishers by top Navy and Defense Department officials, including members of the CNO's staff. Reporters for the local NBC affiliate, KCBY-TV, were told to stay away from Navy property while reporting on the pedophile story. Armed guards were posted at the entrance to the Navy housing area to deter inquisitive reporters. A Bethesda Naval Hospital team of psychiatrists, child counselors, and other medical personnel who were on stand-by to be flown to Oregon to deal with children traumatized by the Navy pedophile ring were ordered to "stand down." All records bearing the NIS criminal investigation case number, 08-18-82N12PD 718XNA, were purged from Navy computer systems on the orders of the CNO and Secretary of the Navy.

Some important questions remain about Bannon's unusual post-sea duty time in the Navy: was Bannon rewarded with a Georgetown M.A., Harvard Business School MBA, and Goldman Sachs for "services rendered" in helping to suppress from media attention the worst pedophile scandal in the history of the U.S. Navy? Did Bannon use his influence with Breitbart and other alt.right media operations to push the frivolous  "Pizzagate" story, which attempted to tarnish Hillary Clinton's senior campaign staff and donors in order to keep the public's attention away from an actual major pedophile scandal?

Is Pennsylvania the center of the pedophile mafia? by Wayne Madsen Report

SPECIAL REPORT. Is Pennsylvania the center of the pedophile mafia?
 by Wayne Madsen Report
If the pedophile mafia operating at the highest echelons of the United States government had a central state, it might as well be Pennsylvania. Not only have Republicans and Democrats in the state banded together to unseat Pennsylvania's first female and Democratic Attorney General, Kathleen Kane, who has been undauntedly persistent in her attempt to rid the state of pedophile enablers, but they have rolled over and permitted convicted former Penn State assistant football coach Jerry Sandusky to receive a $211,000 check for his withheld state pension from his conviction for child molestation. Six percent interest was added by a state court that ruled the state Pension Forfeiture Act was improperly applied to Sandusky in 2012 after he was convicted of sexually molesting 10 boys. Sandusky's monthly state pension of $4900 a month will also resume this month.

The same state court system indicted Kane for releasing so-called "grand jury protected" images obtained from the state's email system that showed that commonwealth supreme court justices, state prosecutors assigned to investigate Sandusky and his pedophile ring at Penn State, and state police officials sent and received pornographic images, some highly suggestive of pedophile content.

State Supreme Court Justice J. Michael Eakin, a Republican who was sitting in judgement over the embattled Kane, was suspended from the court for sending and receiving pornographic emails, some involving the images of children. Earlier, Supreme Court Justice Seamus McCaffrey, a Democrat, stepped down after his involvement in the porn emails was discovered. Making matters worse is that Commonwealth Superior Court Justice Anne Covey, a conservative pro-life Republican, made no secret of her goal to downgrade the interpretation of pedophilia in her court deliberations concerning the NCAA fines levied on Penn State. Covey's defense of Penn State and pedophile conduct on campus also affected the criminal trial of former Penn State president Graham Spanier, senior vice president Gary Schultz, and athletic director Tim Curley.

Covey attended a State College fund raiser for her that was sponsored by two former members of Sandusky's Second Mile Foundation's board, board chairman Bob Poole and board member Lance Shaner. Penn State's unapologetic cheerleader Franco Harris also held a fund raiser for Covey. Covey's malfeasance on behalf of Penn State as a member of the Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court was so egregious that the Pennsylvania Bar Association refused to endorse Covey for election to the Supreme Court.

Pennsylvania is a state that seems to reward pedophiles and their enablers and punishes those who combat against the scourge of child molestation and exploitation.

President Judge of the Commonwealth Court Dan Pellegrini, elected to the court in 1989, wrote in the court's opinion that the pension forfeiture law did not apply to Sandusky because he had previously retired from Penn State in 1999 and that the criminal charges against him were from a time period when he could no longer be considered an employee of Penn State. Such a weasel-worded ruling indicates that Pellegrini, himself, is, like his bench colleague Covey, more of a defender of the pederast elite than an unbiased example of jurisprudence.

It was Pellegrini who, in 2013, issued an order calling for the cessation of the issuance of same-sex marriage licenses, particularly in tony Montgomery County, a band of wealthy suburbs west of Philadelphia, also known as the "Main Line." It was Montgomery County district attorney Risa Vetri Ferman who brought criminal charges against Kane in an attempt to have her removed from office. Vetri's brother is Hollywood producer Adam Vetri, who received a Director's Guild of America award nomination for a less-than-forgettable show called "Steve Austin's Broken Skull Challenge, Welcome to the Gun Show." Risa Vetri Ferman is a member of Beth Sholom synagogue in Elkins Park, Pennsylvania, coincidentally the same synagogue where Benjamin Netanyahu and his father and mother were members when they lived in Elkins Park.

From "Uncle Eddie" Savitz [left] to Jerry Sandusky [right] Pennsylvania and its pedophile-enabling political leaders and judges have ensured that a safe haven has always existed in the state for child molesters and perverts.

Risa Ferman appears to have "advocacy washed" her resume by championing the battle against the exploitation of children on the Internet. Ironically, Ferman sought to prosecute Kane for trying to rid the state government of officials who trafficked in sexually-explicit images of children while they also blocked an aggressive investigation of Sandusky and his wider pedophile network. Ferman is adept at receiving awards for her alleged work against child abuse but Kane has actually sought to get to the root of the problem in Pennsylvania: Ferman's pals among the wealthy elite in the state who abet or participate in child molestation. Ferman is also a blogger for the George Soros-influenced Huffington Post.

One such member of the Philly elite who was convicted of child abuse was "Uncle Eddie" Savitz, who was also known as "Big Eddie," "Fat Eddie," and "Dr. Feel Good." Savitz was vice president and
actuary of the Savitz Organization, a major Philadelphia insurance brokerage company where Savitz's brother, Sanuel, served as president.

Savitz, the son of a Philadelphia arcade owner (where else to prey on kids?), lived in the luxurious Wanamaker House on Philadelphia's Rittenhouse Square where he became known as the "got to guy" for young teenage boys eager to receive quick cash or concert and sporting event tickets. The young boys merely exchanged their soiled underwear or such acts as oral/anal sex, vomiting or defecating into Uncle Eddie's mouth, engaging in penis "sword fights" with Savitz, or urinating on Savitz. Savitz stored the feces of the underage males in pizza boxes in his apartment. Although Savitz was a grotesque pervert, his first arrest in 1978 for indecent assault was suspended in lieu of a rehabilitation program. His criminal record was then expunged. The District Attorney of Philadelphia who cut the sweetheart deal for Savitz was Ed Rendell, the future mayor of Philadelphia and Pennsylvania's second Jewish governor after Shapp. In 1990, Savitz again eluded justice when he was found not guilty of purchasing a boy's soiled underpants.

Pennsylvania's de facto state motto: "Kids for Cash."

Not until 1992 was Savitz arrested in a sting operation after a court-ordered camera and wiretap was installed in his Rittenhouse Square home. When Savitz offered to pay two 15-year old boys for oral sex, detectives broke in and arrested Savitz. The police discovered 5000 pornographic photos of young boys and 312 bags of boys' soiled underpants. Savitz was also found to be HIV-positive. Common Pleas judge Howland Abramson the cut Savitz's bail from $20 million to a more affordable $4 million.

Unbelievably, after slashing Savitz's bail, Abramson said from the bench that he feared that Savitz would not only flee Philadelphia if he came up with the $4 million but would engage in the very same sordid activity. Had Savitz come up with the bail money, Abramson ruled that he would have had to check himself to the locked unit
of the Institute of Pennsylvania Hospital in West Philadelphia and submit to electronic monitoring. The deal is similar to that given to pedophile billionaire Jeffrey Epstein in West Palm Beach, Florida where his prison sentence consisted of mere night time stays at a country club jail with the right to travel out of state. It was clear that in Pennsylvania someone was pulling Abramson's judicial robe but in pedophile-friendly Pennsylvania, this should have come as no shock. Ed Rendell, the D.A. who cut the sweetheart deal with Savitz when he was first arrested and who, like Savitz, was also known as "Fast Eddie," was sworn in as mayor of Philadelphia a few months before Savitz's third arrest in March 1992.

In March 1993, Savitz is said to have died in prison from complications from AIDS a week before his trial was to begin. Members of Philadelphia's upper crust, habituĂ©s of the such august institutions as the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts, Philadelphia Orchestra, Philly Pops, and the National Museum of American Jewish History,
expressed "shock" that one of their own was a vile sex pervert and pedophile.

Sources in Philadelphia believe that Savitz's operations were connected to those of Sandusky at Penn State and that both commercially trafficked in the type of pedophile filth found in Savitz's home in Philadelphia.
Greg Bucceroni, a former child prostitute and Savitz victim claimed that in 1979 and 1980 Savitz brought him to a fundraiser for Sandusky's Second Mile Foundation near Harrisburg. Thornburgh, a future U.S. Attorney General, was governor at the time.

Pennsylvania's pederast elite has, according to WMR's sources, run rampant in state government at least since the governorship of Milton Shapp in the 1970s and continuing to the present governor, Democrat Tom Wolf. Other governors who tolerated pederasty in state government included Republican Richard Thornburgh, Tom Ridge, and Mark Schweiker, Democrats Bob Casey, Sr. and Ed Rendell, and Wolf's predecessor, Republican Tom Corbett. Corbett also failed to carry out an adequate investigation of Sandusky and his non-profit foundation, the Second Mile Foundation, which was accused of pimping out young boys in return for donations, while serving as the commonwealth's Attorney General.

It is clear that Ferman, stung by allegations that she was engaged in a political witch hunt against Kane, diverted attention by obtaining an indictment of Philly native Bill Cosby for an alleged 2004 sexual assault of
Andrea Constand in Montgomery County. It was Ferman's last official act. Hollywood's feminist firebrand lawyer Gloria Allred stormed into Elkins Park demanding justice for all of Cosby's alleged victims. However, as far as the Hollywood-connected Ferman was concerned, her persecution and prosecution of Attorney General Kane has little to do with seeking justice for the young male victims of Sandusky and the wider network involving "Fast Eddie" Savitz, "Fast Eddie" Rendell, Milt Shapp, and other pedophile enablers.

Harrisburg, PA -- SPECIAL REPORT. Pedophile-enabling prosecutors and officials try to run PA Attorney General out of office by Wayne Madsen

September 11-14, 2015 -- Harrisburg, PA -- SPECIAL REPORT. Pedophile-enabling prosecutors and officials try to run PA Attorney General out of office by Wayne Madsen

Supporters of embattled Pennsylvania Attorney General Kathleen Kane, the state's first female and Democratic Attorney General, gathered inside the state capitol rotunda on a rain-soaked September 10th to voice support for Kane.

While Pennsylvania's politicians try to unseat Attorney General Kane for misconduct, the prosecutors she fired for emailing porn and smut were required to undergo "sensitivity training" by their current boss, Philly D.A. Seth Williams.

Kane has been indicted by Risa Vetri Ferman, the Republican district attorney for Montgomery County, the location of Philadelphia's wealthy "Main Line," for allegedly leaking grand jury sealed emails of two former state prosecutors within the Attorney General's office in Harrisburg. However, it was The Philadelphia Inquirer which received the leaked emails and reported Kane as the ultimate source. The paper has led the attack against Kane and it has publicly called for her resignation or disbarment. Many informed observers believe that the grand jury leak was staged in a bipartisan operation to unseat Kane because she has garnered the reputation of a political "loose cannon." When she was elected attorney general in 2012, Kane received more votes than President Obama, who carried the state.

In a statement by Kane read at the rally in her support, the Attorney General said there are two types of evil, the first, "violent destructive acts," and second, the type when "people stand back" in the face of evil. It is clear that Kane was referring to the nature of the Penn State abuse cover-up and other political misdeeds by both Republican and Democratoc office holders in the state.

The tangled web of Pennsylvania's pedophile protection racket.

Kane had fired prosecutors Frank Fina and Mark Costanzo for sending and receiving emails containing pornographic images, some with suggestive images relating to statutory rape and child pornography. WMR has obtained all 396 pages of unredacted emails and most of the images are close up photos of breasts and vaginas. However, among the images was one of a child looking at pornography on a computer screen. Another was of a young girl wearing a tank top bearing the inscription, "Admit it, you'd go to jail for this." [Below] Some of the images sent by Fina were so suggestive, WMR decided not to publish them because they could be considered to fall under the category of borderline child pornography.

Ferman has made no secret of her desire to replace Kane as attorney general. However, in order to beef up her credentials, Ferman has announced plans to run for Common Pleas Court judge.

In 2014, Ferman dropped a rape case against Montgomery County GOP chairman Robert Kerns. Kerns was accused of administering a "date rape" drug to a female at a Christmas Party. However, Ferman later said her staff misread a laboratory report, which cleared Kerns of the rape. WMR was told by an informed source that Ferman was present at the Christmas party where the rape was said to have occurred.

Retired Archbishop of Philadelphia Anthony Bevilacqua was due to testify against a former aide, Monsignor William Lynn, for covering up for pedophile priests in the archdiocese. Bevilacqua, who was 88, and reportedly suffering from cancer and dementia, died at Lankenau Hospital on January 31, 2012, just a few months after Sandusky was indicted on 40 counts of sex crimes against young boys and just before a judge ordered Bevilaqua to testify at Lynn's trial. Bevilacqua may have suffered from dementia, but informed sources within Philadelphia's Catholic hierarchy told WMR that Bevilacqua was prepared to blow the whistle on Pennsylvania's tolerance of pedophilia far beyond the Philadelphia archdiocese, which is scheduled to host Pope Francis I later this month.
In addition to Penn State and Sandusky and Paterno, Bevilacqua reportedly had the goods on Villanova University, a Catholic institution in Montgomery County that had been the recipient of a number of donations from the late Dupont heir John Dupont, who was found guilty of third-degree murder by reason of insanity to the 1996 shooting death on his estate of wrestler Dave Schultz. Dupont, before being committed to an state mental institution, reportedly preyed on male students, including seminarians, at Villanova. Dupont died in 2010 while in a mental institution.

District Attorney Ferman stated that the actual cause of Bevilacqua's death was undetermined because his body was embalmed before an autopsy could be conducted. There was also the unusual event of Bevilacqua's body being embalmed at 11:30 pm on the day of his death. Ferman said she was unaware that Bevilacqua's body had been released to the funeral home before the coroner had the opportunity to conduct an autopsy. There were rumors of suicide and euthanasia, both sins according to Catholic doctrine. However, the Philadelphia press never mentioned the possibility that the archbishop was murdered.

WMR was told by informed sources that Kane's probe of the cover-up of Sandusky likely led to other doors being opened to her investigation.

Email attachment sent by prosecutor investigating Sandusky pedophile crimes at Penn State and Second Mile.

Another photo emailed by a state prosecutor charged with investigating pedophilia.

Fina and Costanzo were holdovers from the previous Attorney General reign of Republican Tom Corbett, who was elected governor. It is quite clear that Fina and Costanzo dragged their feet on the state's investigation of convicted and imprisoned former Penn State football coach Jerry Sandusky at the behest of Corbett who was a close friend of disgraced Penn State football coach Joe Paterno.

An example of one of the emails sent by state prosecutor Fina, who was charged with investigating Jerry Sandusky's pedophilia network at Penn State and the Second Mile Foundation.

After being fired by Kane, Fina and Costanzo were hired by Philadelphia district attorney Seth Williams, the city's first African-American D.A. but someone who maintains close ties with Republican Party big wigs in the Philadelphia suburban Montgomery and Delaware counties. One source who spoke on a condition of anonymity to WMR stated that Williams is a member of the posh Springfield Country Club where he regularly rubs shoulders with GOP politicians and businessmen, many of whom are also close to Ferman, the Montgomery County district attorney who indicted Kane in an attempt to eject her from office.

When details of their salacious emails surfaced in the media, Williams merely required Fina and Costanzo to attend "sensitivity training," which was at taxpayers' expense.

Meanwhile, the state supreme court's disciplinary board is trying to suspend Kane's law license in order to drive her from office. The state apparatus, including the D.A. offices of Philadelphia and Montgomery County, the supreme court, and even the Democratic "reform" governor Tom Wolf, fear that a trial will expose those involved with Sandusky, Penn State's culture of permissiveness concerning underage sexual predatory practices of Sandusky and his Second Mile charity foundation to assist troubled teens. The political "good old boys" network in the state, which includes some women like Ferman and a few female lay leaders within the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Philadelphia, do not actually want the criminal case against Kane to come to a full trial. Many Pennsylvania politicians are reportedly concerned that they and their close associates will be called to testify about the cover-up of Sandusky's activities by Corbett as both attorney general and governor, former Democratic governor Ed Rendell, and Republican U.S. Representative and former U.S. Attorney for Eastern Pennsylvania Pat Meehan.

Kane is up against a powerful phalanx of Sandusky and Penn State pedophilia cover-up artists. The Republican judge investigating the alleged leak of grand jury information by Kane, William R. Carpenter, appointed a special prosecutor to probe the leak. That prosecutor is Montgomery County attorney Thomas Carluccio, also a Republican. One of Carpenter's judicial colleagues, retired Pennsylvania Supreme Court Justice Seamus McCaffery, was accused of sending sexually explicit emails to an employee in the state Attorney General's office. He resigned from the bench. There are strong indications that Chief Justice Ron Castille, a former Philadelphia district attorney, covered up for McCaffrey. A source told WMR that Castille and Corbett are now retired in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, far from the scene of their improprieties and possible crimes. As many as 30 prosecutors and agents within the Pennsylvania Attorney General's office, many of them hired by then-Attorney General Corbett, transmitted over 380 pornographic images over the state government's email system.

On April 15, 2005, the district attorney for Centre County, Pennsylvania, Ray Gricar, disappeared without a trace. Gricar opted not to prosecute Sandusky in 1998 when the first major allegations surfaced concerning the sexual predatory practices of Sandusky. However, Gricar, who served as D.A. since 1986, decided not to run for re-election in 2005. Gricar, like Corbett, was close to Paterno who often invited them to fly on his plane to Penn State games out of state. Informed sources told WMR that Gricar removed his county-issued laptop computer from his office and was prepared to "tell all" about Sandusky, Penn State, Corbett, and the Second Mile Foundation. Although no trace of Gricar was ever found near his car that was parked along the bank of the Susquehanna River in Lewisburg, Pennsylvania, his laptop was found by some local fishermen but the hard drive was found to be missing. A few months later, the hard drive was discovered along the bank of the Susquehanna near the location of where the laptop was found but the damage to the drive was so great, no data could be recovered.

A knowledgeable source told WMR that Gricar was "hit" by the mob, who likely came from Bayonne, New Jersey, the hometown of Paterno. Gricar was an adamant anti-smoker to the degree that he would not even allow someone who had been smoking to enter his D.A.'s office. Yet, when his car was discovered, there were cigarette butts on the floors of the front of the vehicle and in the rear passenger area. The cigarettes are believed to have been a "calling card" of disrespect often left after a mob hit in order to send a message to the victim's friends and family.

WMR has, in the past, covered the so-called Franklin pedophile scandal centered in Nebraska, the Dennis Hastert/Mark Foley "pagegate" scandal and Hastert's past as a pedophile high school wrestling coach, and the U.S. State Department diplomat-pedophile scandal in Southeast Asia that involved John Mark Karr. The Pennsylvania pedophile scandal involving state prosecutors who trafficked in computer porn while, at the same time, covering up for Sandusky and his fellow perpetrators, is a major story. Unfortunately, the Pennsylvania newspapers, including The Inquirer, Allentown Morning Call, and Philadelphia Daily News, are all arrayed against Kane and ignoring the smut sent and received by state prosecutors who are now being protected by Philadelphia's D.A., the state supreme court, and the the powers who are trying to replace Pennsylvania's attorney general with one who will return to the status quo ante of covering up for influential pedophiles and perverts in high office.

Special Report. The "Grand Old Pedophile" party returns to power in DC by Wayne Madsen

Special Report. The "Grand Old Pedophile" party returns to power in DC

Nebraska's new GOP Senator, Ben Sasse, was a proctor and tutor for the House of Representatives pages who helped cover up a sex scandal involving Representatives Mark Foley (R-FL) and Jim Kolbe (R-AZ) in the late 1990s. Sasse will now represent in the Senate a state with a long history of promoting pedophilia and child prostitution involving top Republicans. In the 1980s, Nebraska and its iconic Boy's Town orphanage were "ground zeros" in the infamous Franklin Credit Union scandal involving rising GOP African-American star Lawrence King.

King was later convicted for embezzling funds from the minority-owned Franklin Credit Union, but thanks to pressure from the Reagan and Bush 41 administrations, there were never any prosecutions for child molestation and trafficking across state lines. Several witnesses came forward to accuse King of running a virtual underage teen prostitution service for top GOP officials in Omaha and Washington, DC.

From 1996 to 1998, Sasse was a tutor and proctor for the U.S. House of Representatives page program, which experienced its own pederasty scandal. Prior to that stint, Sasse worked for the Boston Consulting Group, Mitt Romney's and Binyamin Netanyahu's old firm.

ne of the members of the House Page Board while Sasse served as a tutor and proctor was Representative Jim Kolbe (R-AZ), who once served as a page in the Senate. Sasse had the responsibility to protect the underage teen House pages from among other threats, predatory members of Congress.

The chair of the House Page Board in 1998, Sasse's final year as proctor/tutor, was Representative Tillie Fowler (R-FL). Fowler died suddenly from a brain hemorrhage on March 2, 2005, after allegations about the sexual abuse of pages first hit the front pages.

In 1996, while Sasse was a proctor and tutor for the pages, Kolbe, a member of the oversight House Page Board, took two 17-year old male pages on a three-day Independence Day camping trip to the Grand Canyon in Arizona. Kolbe also said he was aware of ex-GOP Rep. Mark Foley's (R-FL) e-mails to underage male pages as early as 2000. However, Foley's indiscretions with the pages reportedly began as early as 1998, while Sasse was still a proctor/tutor. Foley later resigned after it was publicly revealed that he had made sexual advances toward male pages, including attempts to coax them from their dormitory on Capitol Hill.

Kolbe later stepped down as chairman of the House Page Board after questions were raised about his camping trip with the pages. Sasse, as a proctor and tutor for the pages, had the responsibility of stopping Kolbe from taking the pages out of state for possible illegal purposes. Sasse's closeness to the House Page Sex Scandal begs the fabled Washington scandal question: "What did Sasse know and when did he know it?" If Sasse was unaware of the activities of Kolbe and Foley with House pages between 1996 and 1998, why did he not know? As a proctor and tutor, it was his job to know. If Sasse was aware of the activities of Kolbe and Foley and chose not to report it to the House leadership, that makes Sasse an accessory to criminal behavior.

As a result of repeated sex scandals involving House pages, the House of Representatives in 2011 announced the House Page Program would be abolished due officially to "cost" issues. However, Senator Sasse will continue to enjoy the presence of pages in the Senate, which opted to continue the program.

Sasse also served as chief of staff for Representative Jeff Fortenberry (R-NE) at the same time that another rising GOP staffer, Ryan Loskarn, was honing his political skills under Representatives Wally Herger (R-CA) and Marsha Blackburn (R-TN). Loskarn then moved to the Senate where he served as the chief of staff for Senator Lamar Alexander (R-TN), who was just re-elected in the Republican electoral sweep. Earlier this year, Loskarn allegedly committed suicide in his parents' Maryland home after he had earlier been arrested for possession and distribution of child pornography. The arrest appeared to have been a part of an international investigation of child pornography launched by the Toronto police as part of Operation Spade. Several politicians in Canada, the United States, and Europe were caught up in the arrest of the proprietors of Azov Films of Toronto and Stafford, Virginia, which is close to Washington, DC and was a leading distributor of child pornography images and videos.

The arrest of Loskarn also focused attention on Alexander's for-profit Bright Horizons Family Solutions, Inc., a child welfare and emergency care services firm that resulted from a corporate merger in 1986 of Bright Horizons, founded by an employee of Mitt Romney's old firm, Bain Capital of Boston, and Corporate Family Solutions (CFS), Inc, co-founded in 1987 by Bob Keeshan (Captain Kangaroo) and Alexander. Bright Horizons operates 750 child development centers for 850 corporate clients in 40 states, as well as Europe and India. Bright Horizons' founder was also involved in charitable assistance for homeless children and child refugees on the Thai-Cambodian border and Sudan. Orphanages on the Thai-Cambodian border are nexuses for pedophiles, as previously reported by WMR in our exposĂ© of U.S. diplomat pedophiles in Southeast Asia.

Base Connect may have been connecting to a lot more than deep-pocketed GOP donors. Its executive, Michael Centanni, appears to be part of a major pedophile ring operating within Republican congressional ranks and the Republican Party.

The return of GOP pedophiles and their enablers to positions of influence in the Senate was heralded by the October 31 arrest by Washington, DC police of Michael Centanni, a top GOP conservative fund raiser. Centanni, like Loskarn, was arrested after an investigation of Gnutella "peer-to-peer" file sharing by child porn customers of Azov Films by agents of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement and the Homeland Security Department. Centanni is a major figure in the annual Conservative Political Action Committee (CPAC) conference in Washington and was a partner at the GOP political fundraising company Base Connect, which occupies an office next to the upscale Madison Hotel in downtown Washington. Police discovered a hidden camera in the bathroom of Centanni's home which was pointed at the shower.

CPAC 2010 featuring moderator Michael Centanni

Base Connect, formerly BMW Connect, suspended Centanni but it is not the first time the company has been involved in scandal. Although it has raised millions of dollars for Republican candidates, it has also been accused of fleecing its GOP clients by grabbing large portions of campaign donations as its "fees." Many critics call the usurious fees "kickbacks." One of those who charges the firm with malfeasance was Dr. Ada Fisher, a Jewish African-American Republican House candidate who tried to unseat Representative Mel Watt (D-NC) in 2006. Fisher said she received only 7 percent of the money BMW, now Base Connect, received in her name. The firm was accused of also fleecing African-American House candidate Deborah Honeycutt in her 2006 campaign against Representative David Scott (D-GA) and Republican Representative Joseph Cao (R-LA) in his 2010 campaign.

Base Connect is also linked to the Freedom's Defense Fund Political Action Committee, which is based in Arlington, Virginia, the same city that hosts the "Fellowship," the group of wealthy corporate Republicans whose leader, Doug Coe, has been known to excuse pedophiles as long as they "accept Jesus." Freedom's Defense, in turn, is linked to prominent Islamophobes, including Robert Spencer and Pamela Geller.

Centanni's arrest followed by a few weeks the arrest by Washington, DC police of Rabbi Barry Freundel for allegedly installing hidden cameras in the women's "mikvah", or ritual bath, at the Orthodox Jewish Temple Kesher Israel in Washington, DC. It is not known whether the arrest of Freundel, who counted former Senator Joseph Lieberman (I-CT) among his congregants, was, in any way, connected with the arrests of Centanni and Loskarn. However, mikvahs are not only used by adults to bathe but also by children.

However, after Loskarn's arrest and "suicide," The Washington Post's Ruth Marcus urged "compassion" for individuals like Loskarn. In a February 6, 2014,  editorial, Marcus wrote, "We should use this sad episode to call attention to the need for mental health services — although Loskarn’s problem was not lack of access but lack of willingness to accept the help available . . . But we should also use the moment to remind ourselves that reality is more complex than our cursory assumptions acknowledge, and that before we rush to condemn we might pause to consider the possibility of compassion." Marcus, who is Jewish, may have been setting the stage for more arrests of Washington's "high-and-mighty" later caught up in the Operation SPADE investigation. The mother and business partner of Azov Film's arrested proprietor, Brian Way, Sandra Waslov, who is reportedly Jewish, remains at large.

Freundel claims to have coined the Republican Party's phrase "family values," as well as authoring the Pentagon's now-discarded "don't ask, don't tell" policy on homosexuals in uniform. Freundel was especially fond of asking converts to Judaism to take a "practice" bath in his synagogue's mikvah.

Rabbi Barry Freundel was freed after his arrest without having to post bond.

The news of Centanni's arrest came a few days before the arrest of Molly Shattuck, the estranged wife of Exelon chairman Mayo Shattuck III. Mrs. Shattuck, noted for being the oldest Baltimore Ravens' cheerleader, was arrested after a 15-year old male alleged that she raped him at a Bethany Beach, Delaware rental home over the Labor Day weekend.

Mayo Shattuck was the president and chief operating officer of Alex, Brown & Sons under the chairmanship of Baltimore-native A. B. "Buzzy" Krongard. who would be appointed executive director of the Central Intelligence Agency in March 2001. Krongard was later accused of profiting on the 9/11 attack by placing "put options" on American and United Airlines stock, as well as on other companies adversely affected by the terrorist attack. Shattuck was the President and CEO of Constellation Energy and shepherded the firm's acquisition by Exelon.

Former Ravens cheerleader Molly Shattuck, estanged wife of CIA-connected businessman, charged with raping a 15-year old boy.

Mayo and Molly Shattuck were friends with Carter Beese, Jr., a former commissioner of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and director of the Overseas Private Investment Corporation under George H. W. Bush. From 1994 to 1997, Beese was chairman of Alex, Brown, a company close to three generations of the Bush political dynasty. Beese also served as vice chairman of the CIA-connected Bankers Trust and president of Riggs Capital Partners, a division of Riggs Bank. Beese was appointed by George W. Bush to the President's Information Technology Advisory Committee. Beese, a resident of Owings Mills, Maryland, a Baltimore suburb, was found hanging in a bungalow on the Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu in April 2007. Police ruled Beese's death a "suicide."

The President of Riggs Investment from 1997 to the sale of Riggs Bank to PNC in 2005 was Jonathan Bush, brother of George H. W. Bush and uncle of George W. Bush. Jonathan Bush provided "services" for a number of embassies in Washington, DC and he assumed control of Riggs during its acquisition by PNC after Riggs was accused of laundering money for such CIA clients as the Saudi royal family, President Teodoro Obiang of Equatorial Guinea, and former Chilean dictator Augusto Pinochet.

The recent arrest of Centanni indicates that the final chapter on Operation Spade, Azov Films, and GOP pedophilia has yet to be written.
